This lady at the window was nice and helpful and explained everything to me being that it was my first time there. Took under two hours to get unloaded and went inside got paperwork and was on my way. ”

The Receiving lady was very helpful and polite. no lumper fee. the Dock runs like a welI oiled machine. i arrived at 4am . my appointment was at 9am . they gave me a door at 7am and I was on my way at 9am. they don't open until 8am . in case you're GPS puts you in front of a huge construction site on E.126th. keep rolling. turn right at the 1st entrance just past Cumberland go thru the gate back in across from dock doors. other then that it made my day knocking it out in such a short time. considering how most cold storage facilities are. SLOW AND RUDE. ”
